Community Center Boards
Rocky Mountain Human Services is a nonprofit organization that serves over 6,000 Colorado residents through case management and direct service programs.
Currently, we have the privilege of serving:
- Children with developmental delays and disabilities,
- Adults with cognitive and intellectual disabilities,
- Veterans who are homeless or in jeopardy of losing their homes
Developmental Pathways is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency serving individuals with developmental disabilities/delays and their families. We are also one of Colorado’s Community Centered Boards (CCB) connecting people to federal, state, county, and private funding in Arapahoe County, Douglas County, and the City of Aurora. We passionately believe inclusion is for everyone and offer services through Home and Community Based Medicaid Waiver programs, locally funded programs, and partnerships with other community organizations.
Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC), is a 501(c)3 Colorado nonprofit organization, is the designated Community Centered Board for Jefferson, Gilpin, Clear Creek and Summit Counties serving people with developmental disabilities and providing support to their families. DDRC is a resource for determination of a developmental disability and eligibility for funding for services and supports for children and adults with developmental delays or disabilities. Types of services available through various types of funding include case management/resource coordination, service plan development, early intervention therapies, family support, respite, personal care, homemaker services, mentoring, vocational, residential, behavioral intervention, transportation, community connections, supported living and therapeutic recreation. Some of these programs and services are provided directly through DDRC employees. Additionally, DDRC’s case management services provide information and referrals regarding state approved service agencies and many other community resources. DDRC also works within the community to help individuals feel welcomed in community life. Many youth and adults have gained employment in our service areas through the vocational services and support of DDRC. Many family members are able to work and live with more ease due to the services provided by DDRC.
The mission of Blue Peaks Developmental Services is to support persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the San Luis Valley in achieving their fullest potential for integrated and responsible living and working in the community. It is the vision of Blue Peaks Developmental Services to develop a broad-based support system throughout the San Luis Valley, utilizing local community services and resources. We value making a difference in our community by empowering a diverse population of individuals in a challenging world. We value and respect individual choice. It is the mission of Eastern Colorado Services for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. to assist the lives of persons with varying abilities in relationship to their families, education, friends and provide opportunities within their communities.
North Metro is one of 20 Community Centered Boards serving people with developmental disabilities in Colorado. North Metro serves as the single point of entry for services to eligible people in Adams County (not including the city of Aurora). North Metro is a community partner with other organizations that provide care and services for persons who meet eligibility requirements. Adams County Social Services, Community Reach, our County Commissioners, School Districts, and the Adams County Housing Authority help extend services by working with and supporting North Metro. In addition, a variety of Service Agencies are available to consumers through the Community Centered Board for Adams County. Most importantly, North Metro provides strong advocacy for people with developmental disabilities. We are committed to protection of human rights, respectful relationships and individualized care.
Imagine! provides services designed to incorporate people with developmental, cognitive, and physical challenges into the fabric of their communities. Services include educational and therapeutic services, job training and placement, recreation and leisure activities, opportunities for community living, behavioral health services, technology solutions, and support for families.
Imagine! was established in 1963 by a group of parents determined to see that their children with developmental disabilities had the opportunity to participate in their community. Behavioral / Mental Health
Behavioral Healthcare Inc. (BHI), is the state designated Behavioral Healthcare Organization (BHO) for Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid provider) for members living in Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas Counties, including the City of Aurora.
MHC provides leadership to address the full range of mental health issues in Colorado. The association is a catalyst for improving diagnosis, care and treatment for people of all ages with mental health problems. Mental Health America (MHA) – founded in 1909 – is the nation’s leading community-based nonprofit dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental illness and to promoting the overall mental health of all Americans. Our work is driven by our commitment to promote mental health as a critical part of overall wellness, including prevention services for all, early identification and intervention for those at risk, integrated care, services, and supports for those who need it, with recovery as the goal. Much of our current work is guided by the Before Stage 4 (B4Stage4) philosophy – that mental health conditions should be treated long before they reach the most critical points in the disease process.

AllHealth Network provides behavioral health and mental health services for all stages of life including outpatient counseling for Children and Families, Adults, and Older Adults. We offer a full range of services tailored to the unique mental health and substance use needs of different age groups. These services include: assessment and treatment planning with one of our master’s-level or licensed therapists, parenting classes, peer support, and group therapy. Outpatient services address emotional and behavioral issues like trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, anger, loss, life transitions, and severe and persistent mental illness.
